Yes. All orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. The price at checkout includes all customs fees — you pay nothing extra upon delivery.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. The return window depends on your location:

• For our customers in the European Union: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without giving any justification. Your refund will include the original item cost, excluding the original shipping cost and any customs duties or import fees incurred when the returned package enters our country. A restocking fee of 20% of the item's value will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.
• For all other customers (including the US and international): Our standard return window is within 7 days of delivery. This helps us process returns more quickly and keep our limited inventory available for everyone. Your refund will include the original item cost, excluding the original shipping cost and any customs duties or import fees incurred when the returned package enters our country. A processing fee of $10 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover international handling costs.

Return shipping and duties are handled differently depending on the reason:

• If your item arrives damaged during international transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and any related customs duties. We want to make sure you receive your Pettilia piece in perfect condition.
• If you are returning or exchanging for personal reasons — such as changing your mind or preferring a different size — the return shipping and any applicable customs duties will be your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
